In my previous release I advertised I have fixed Problem with empty files ,
but that was the half of the story.
Sorry guys.
Now in this release is the full story :).

Last night I was asked to send some sample XML files for users and roles.
So, I decided it is a good idea to upload them with this release as well.
Have in mind users.config file was generated using "Clear" passwordFormat setting and that's why the password is not encoded.
However it is recomended to use an encoding passwordFormat and don't have password saved as clear text.
In the next release or sooner I will include XML Schema files for Users, Roles and Profile XML file formats.
